      <description>&lt;div&gt;We are aware of a recent Windows update KB5000802 causing issues with printing, sometimes resulting in the dreaded BSOD.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Solution:&lt;/strong&gt; Uninstall KB5000802 and restart PC.
